Branch makes instant payments possible for any workforce. It’s a free digital wallet and card that gives workers fast, flexible access to their earnings.

We come to work every day to address the financial challenges faced by today’s working Americans and help them grow financially. We do this by building inclusive, workplace-led financial services that positively impact the lives of the people we work for.

We value the diversity that each of our team members provide, and we also look for a few common traits in everyone that we hire at Branch. These common traits define not only what we do at Branch, but also how we do it.

Our Practices & Principals

At Branch, we value a diversity of opinions and working styles, but there are three practices we try to collectively put in action. As a group, we:

  • Think Big. We encourage everyone to think big because the right idea can come from anywhere. Instead of following the crowd, we aren’t afraid to try new things and be the first of our kind to do something.

  • Move Fast. We move fast because we believe good ideas are worth setting into motion and testing quickly. This action-oriented approach is crucial to all that we do.

  • Win Together. We prioritize team success over individual glory, knowing that making our customers happy is the ultimate collective accomplishment. Collaboration is key.
