The Role:

The Senior Paid Media Manager is responsible for executional quality and management of paid media campaigns that will drive growth for Brado’s clients. This includes creating and managing digital campaigns, making optimizations, and assisting account managers with client communication, focusing on paid search.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns.
  • Leads paid media strategy on assigned accounts, delegating day-to-day campaign management tasks as needed to members of the team.
  • Analyzes data, thinks creatively, and designs innovative strategies to ensure client marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible.
  • Creates and presents campaign performance results for client reporting, and provides appropriate recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with strategy team to develop additional scopes and recommend optimal spending levels as necessary for assigned clients.
  • Perform ongoing A/B split testing, keyword mining, optimization strategies, etc. to improve campaign performance and identify areas of growth.
  • Evaluates the performance of paid advertising campaigns against predefined KPIs and goals.
  • Updates, actualizes and monitors paid media budgets, and communicates that information to paid media specialists.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to paid media specialists in areas including campaign setup, budgeting, optimization, tracking, reporting, testing and quality assurance.
  • Assist in new business efforts/sales pitches.
  • Ensure that all paid advertising campaigns comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those related to data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising standards. They also assess and mitigate risks associated with paid advertising activities.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of educational initiatives for the paid media team such as developing internal resources and training sessions.
  • Help develop integrated digital marketing strategies in collaboration with other departments and client teams.
  • Own paid media end of month invoicing and reconciliation for assigned clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital campaign creation and campaign management experience
  • Able to leverage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and YouTube.
  • Experience in DV360, SA360, CM360 and paid social platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in display, video, and social is a plus.
  • Leverages experience in both paid search and shopping.
  • Comfortable with utilizing Excel and usual formulas and functions within the program.
  • Ideally has some experience in either Healthcare or Higher Education industries.
