The story of Boundless Immigration Inc. is deeply intertwined with the personal journey of its founder and CEO, Xiao Wang. In the late 1980s, Xiao immigrated to the U.S. from China with his parents. He vividly recalls the nights and weekends spent with his father, poring over complex immigration forms, a process that was both daunting and expensive. This firsthand experience with the U.S. immigration system planted the seed for what would eventually become Boundless.

Years later, Xiao observed that while many services like taxes and travel had been modernized and brought online, the immigration process remained archaic, often requiring costly lawyers or forcing individuals to navigate the intricate system on their own. Believing there had to be a better way, Xiao Wang, along with co-founders Doug Rand and Serdar Sutay, established Boundless in 2017. Their mission was clear: to empower families and individuals to navigate the immigration system with more confidence, clarity, and affordability. The company launched its first product focused on Adjustment of Status marriage green cards. From its inception, Boundless aimed to combine technology with expert legal support to simplify applications and provide transparent, accessible immigration services.

The company's growth trajectory has been marked by significant milestones and a resilience to challenges. Despite hurdles like shifting immigration policies and the COVID-19 pandemic, Boundless continued to expand its offerings and reach. A pivotal moment came in 2020 with the acquisition of RapidVisa, its largest competitor at the time, which enhanced Boundless's ability to serve customers and streamline application delivery. This was followed in 2023 by the acquisition of Bridge, a B2B immigration company, allowing Boundless to extend its services to employers and their international employees, thereby covering every major pathway into the U.S. Boundless has consistently been recognized for its growth and impact, earning spots on lists like the Inc. 5000. Today, Boundless has assisted over 100,000 people and more than 1,000 companies, priding itself on a high success rate and a commitment to making the American dream more accessible.
