Job Description

• Prepares P&L analysis per cost centers, per expense categories, deep understanding of the figures and variances;
• Preparation of Business Plan, Forecast and monthly business report;
• Preparation of other controlling reports requested by cost center responsibles and by central controlling department;
• Works closely with department leaders being a valuable business partner;
• Coordinates information from support departments necessary for the preparation of controlling reports;
• Identifies risks and opportunities in the area of responsabilities;
• Proposes recommandations and solutions in order to rectify potential errors as well as to increase efficiency / reduce costs;
• Being responsibile for reading, understanding and applying the procedure from the area of responsibility and also interdepartmental procedures;
• Performing any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

• University degree;
• Experience in financial controlling of 2-3 years;
• Capability to organize and to make decisions, accuracy, fairness, punctuality;
• Flexibility, continuous improvement, efficient time management;
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines;
• Logical thinking and analysis abilities;
• Good teamwork abilities;
• Prove initiative;
• Computer skills: good level in Excel, PowerPoint;
• Designing dashboards in Power BI is an advantage;
• SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Advanced knowledge of English (written/ read/ spoken).
