We’re seeking a high-performing, results-driven Technical Recruiter with a strong operational mindset and solid technical aptitude to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the end-to-end recruitment of top-tier technical talent across various disciplines, including Software Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, CAD Drafters, and BIM Modelers.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who thrives in a structured corporate environment, thinks in timelines, communicates clearly across functions, and executes with minimal oversight. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple requisitions, supporting hiring managers, and delivering quality hires quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, draft job descriptions, and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, niche job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews, assess technical and functional fit, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Drive hiring operations by tracking metrics, managing dashboards, and ensuring ATS data integrity (preferably JazzHR, Greenhouse, or Lever).
- Support and lead recruitment-related projects, including talent mapping, DEI sourcing strategies, process automation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to align on headcount plans, hiring targets, and recruitment SLAs.
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or technical setting (BPO, SaaS, fintech, consulting, or similar)
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, compliance practices, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with sourcing and assessing technical skillsets (e.g., software engineering, data roles) is a plus.
- Project-driven mindset: ability to work with roadmaps, meet milestones, and report progress.
- Advanced user of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, ATS/CRM, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable with recruitment dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the business.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient with a strong bias for action.
