We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Team Manager.
Job Summary: As the Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team to ensure they meet and exceed targets. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team members, as well as monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor sales metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue targets, and take proactive measures to address any issues or gaps.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to keep the team motivated and informed about market trends, new products, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of sales efforts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Desired)
