Job Description
This person will be responsible for prospecting for buyers, qualifying them, and understanding their buying needs in order to sell them properties that are available in our inventory. Our ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to sell on the phone to tough customers, can handle high-stress situations, has emotional intelligence, strong negotiation skills, can communicate extremely well and listen even better, and has the motivation to become a top earner. This person needs to be the walking definition of a sales professional.
Responsibilities
- Understand and follow the BLANDO property disposition process.
- Prospect for potential buyers/investors.
- Qualify investors.
- Evaluate properties.
- Negotiate property sales with buyers.
- Timely follow-ups for securing deals.
- Maintain comprehensive, up to date knowledge on the real estate market.
Requirements
Required Experience
This job requires an advanced level of conversational English, as well as two or more years in sales at a company, meaning we will not count freelancing or family businesses towards their experience. Call centers are also not considered sales experience. Their previous job title [that counts towards their experience] must have had “sales” in it specifically. Candidates with no experience may not be considered for this position.
