BIZVA is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our company's HR functions and ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees. Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
- Maintain employee records and HRIS database
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee performance management and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Provide support to HR Manager and other HR team members as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
