Responsibilities

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to test planning, execution, defect tracking, through to product release and maintenance.
Work closely with team members (developers, product manager and all other partners) to design, develop, test and deliver high quality products.
Create comprehensive and effective test plans and test cases for cs bot applications.
Prevent, report, analyze and track issues in an effective and efficient manner
Improve test strategy to reduce manual test efforts. Design, develop and execute automation scripts.

Requirements

At least three years of QA engineering experience, both manual and automation.
Experience in testing web applications as well as databases and backend services.
Proficient in SQL, experiences with big data middle wares is preferred.
Good programming ability, master at least one of Java, Python, or other programming languages.
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
Good interpersonal, consultative and communication skills.
Self-managed, proactive work style, good commitment.
