Requirements:
5+ years of full-time software engineering experience, best to have mobile development and blockchain knowledge. Strong plus if also knows C++ and backend well.
3+ years of professional engineering management experience. Know how to keep the team motivated with the right product vision and efficient yet scalable process.
1+ years full-time experience in a blockchain-based project.
Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
Fantastic communicator.
