Demo Engineering Manager

BeyondTrust is seeking a Demo Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team responsible for building and maintaining demo environments to support both Sales teams and customers. This role involves technical leadership, architecture, automation, and collaboration to deliver high-quality, scalable demo assets and ensure they align with strategic business goals. The team will act as a catalyst for BeyondTrust's product engagement and success.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical role (Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Software Development)
• Strong background in Identity industry
• Scripting for AD and database initialization (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Experience with demo environment design, automation, and deployment
• Strong IaC experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure DevTest Labs)
• Experience with automation/CI-CD tools (GitHub Repo, GitHub Actions, AWS AMI)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
