As a Regional Account Manager, you will manage a single client account, oversee regional coordination, and drive profitability through up-selling and cross-selling. You will also establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers in the region.

Requirements

  • Prior travel management company or related business travel account management experience desired
  • Experience implementing and managing large market or regional clients
  • Thorough knowledge of business travel account management and operations
  • Adept with travel industry technology and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build, maintain, and grow customer portfolios and client relationships
  • Knowledge of creating business plans and managing business/client strategies
  • Previous experience in managing cross-functional work teams
  • Effective presentation skills in terms of development and delivery
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
