As a BASF Professional & Specialty Solutions (P&SS) Program Manager you will be responsible for managing program development to ensure market share growth and customer support, this includes strategy, coordination, execution, and financial oversight.

- Leading the business program plan by developing program scopes, defining timelines, generating budgetary cost estimates, and defining success metrics.
- Collaborating with various teams within the organization to facilitate program development, from the initial scoping phase to the detailed execution plan.
- Developing and overseeing accrual rates, continually monitoring the progression throughout the year and regularly communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Establishing channel partner goals that align with P&SS financial targets, including a strategy for monitoring and socializing goal pacing.
- Reviewing competitive responses and account plan incentives to ensure structure meets parameters set forth by the business.
- Providing understanding of programs and their effectiveness to steer and drive business objectives.
- Participating in customer payment fulfillment calculation reviews and provide approval.
If you have...
- BS, BA or advanced degree in business, finance, or marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, or related business role.
- Understanding of P&L’s, Financial Metrics, Cost of Capital indicators.
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to model incentive program exposure and translate complex customer programs.
- Strong data and systems skills, including Excel (required).
- Strong customer focus, organizational awareness, prioritization, communication skills and business acumen.

Pay Transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $108,000 - $148,500. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
