We are looking for a Field Tech Service Representative- Spray Polyurethanes Foam to join our Performance Materials team remotely.

As a Spray Polyurethanes Field Technical Service Representative- SPF you will support the Site Quality Assurance Program and Training Program which ensure the highest level of quality material and workmanship to the end customer.

As a Field Tech Service Rep, you create chemistry by...

• Providing instruction on various training courses to contractors in a classroom environment or virtually.

• Delivering onsite, hands-on support, instruction, and coaching to new and experienced contractors on the safe handling and proper application procedures of our products.

• Educating contractors on daily health and safety practices to ensure the safe use of our products by contractors and end customers.

• Troubleshooting and solving onsite application problems with contractors.

• Completing onsite project inspections as requested by contractors or other stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and building owners.

• Informing contractors and end customers about new product innovations.

• Collaborating with Technical Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to assist in the development, testing, and launch of new products.

• Assisting contractors who may have issues with building officials (e.g., building inspectors).

• Providing written and verbal reports to all required parties, both internal and external.

If you...

• Are fluent in English and Spanish
• Have good organizational decision making and problem solving skills.
• Possess solid written and verbal communication skills; to be able to communicate with architects, engineers, specification writers, as well as distributors, contractors and sprayers.
• Hold working knowledge of the commercial, industrial and residential construction industry.
• Have extensive knowledge of polyurethane foams, their application, standards and procedures.
• Possess strong knowledge of all the safety aspects related to the use of spray foam equipment
• Are mechanically inclined and have working knowledge of dispensing units and spray guns.
• Hold teaching and instructional skills, and previous SPF contractor experience will be considered an asset.
