Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Install, configure and maintain technology equipment, applications, and systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users in person, over the phone, or via email.
Diagnose and resolve customer service requests to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
Develop and implement strategies for improving technical services and user experience.
Participate in technology projects related to planning, installing, and upgrading all new or existing hardware and software components.
Collaborate with other members of the IT team to promote ongoing technology learning and development.
