Requirements

The Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a lean but highly experienced engineering team. The ideal candidate is a generalist with deep TypeScript expertise who thrives in a high-autonomy, low-meeting environment. You'll work on both new product development and enhancements to a solid existing codebase, with a strong emphasis on engineering best practices and clean code.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement new product features across the stack (frontend + backend).
• Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, product managers, and leadership.
• Participate in a rigorous code review process that prioritizes quality and maintainability.
• Own initiatives from idea to production in a remote-first, async-friendly setup.

What They're Looking For

• 7–10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (absolute must).
• Solid experience with full-stack development using:
• Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (Django)
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Tooling/DevOps: Docker, AWS, CloudWatch, GitLab
• Testing: Jest, Enzyme, Unitest
• Prior experience working remotely in high-performing teams.
• Comfort working with a high code-quality bar (longer review cycles, clean architecture).
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience working at early-stage or fast-growing SaaS startups.
• Previous exposure to complex B2B platforms.
