Position Overview
The License Compliance Sales Representative leads complex compliance engagements and engages directly with C-level stakeholders. This role drives audits from initiation to closure, applies judgment to nuanced issues, and mentors junior team members. It plays a critical role in bridging compliance insights with strategic sales execution.
*This is a quota‑carrying sales role responsible for driving revenue through compliance‑led new business and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end compliance sales motion: investigate usage discrepancies, engage customers, and convert findings into revenue-generating outcomes
Collaborate with partners, sales and customer success and engage directly with C-level stakeholders to present findings and negotiate resolutions
Lead the audit process from initiation to closure, including presenting usage data and compliance risks Apply judgment and creativity in resolving nuanced compliance issues using telemetry and audit insights
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements in compliance workflows

Required Qualifications
4+ years of SaaS sales and subscription business models.
Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts.
Ability to manage caseloads independently.
Foundational negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Willingness to travel to customer sites, events, and internal Autodesk meetings as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics.
Background in software licensing or IP protection.
Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations.
Experience drafting compliance communications.
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, operations.
