Position Overview

Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) is looking for trusted advisors to help our Enterprise customers to achieve measurable goals. We are looking for an enthusiastic team-player with design studio experience and development skills to support a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. You will work with leading automotive industry customers across EMEA and WW. You will join the ECS team within the Customer Success Organization as part of our 2000+ person Worldwide Sales and Services organization.

This is a remote role with the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Help to define digital transformation strategies, conceive and design solutions, and guide initiatives through to success.
  • Assist with technology configuration, scripting, development, deployment, training, and more.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise and leadership to help customers achieve their goals
  • Establish working relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor

Minimum Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in the Automotive or similar design industries, for example as a Designer, Modeler or 3D Artist/Operator
  • Expertise in Autodesk VRED and Autodesk Alias
  • Knowledge of Python programming language
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • The position may include up to 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial design, mechanical engineering, computer science or equivalent automotive experience
  • Knowledge of Autodesk ShotGrid
  • Experience in Autodesk APIs
  • Knowledge of Web development is advantageous (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS…)
  • Knowledge of SubD Modeling, Polymodeling, Class A, Formfinding, Digital Twin, AR/VR/MR and Data Management are beneficial
  • Familiarity with Pipeline Management, Clay and Game Engines
  • Technical consulting experience or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques and practices for analyzing the purpose and scope of a project in terms of cost and benefits
  • Experience understanding new or unfamiliar concepts quickly
  • Manage between two and five projects at a time, setting the right priorities
  • German language skills would be advantageous
