Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support leaders within the Global Partner Ecosystem organization, specifically across Partner Success & Services and Emerging Technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys operating as both a strategic partner and operational driver.

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in enabling organizational effectiveness by managing complex priorities, driving coordination across teams, and helping leaders stay focused on high-impact business objectives. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, strong communication capabilities, and the ability to anticipate needs while navigating evolving priorities with agility and professionalism.

This is more than a traditional administrative role — it is an opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping connect strategy to execution across a dynamic and innovative part of the business. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meeting cadence, and priority alignment across multiple stakeholders and time zones

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting, and logistical planning

  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action tracking

  • Support leadership team operations, including staff meetings, offsites, team events, communication execution and organizational rhythms

  • Maintain operational systems, documentation, and administrative processes that support executive and team effectiveness

  • Support execution of strategic initiatives by tracking milestones, action items, and dependencies across teams

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between executives, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Assist in preparing presentations, leadership communications, and organizational updates

  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that enhance team productivity and executive effectiveness

  • Help ensure leadership priorities are executed efficiently and aligned to business objectives

  • Serve as a primary point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders interacting with executive leadership

  • Build strong partnerships across teams to ensure seamless collaboration and follow-through

  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

  • Understands business priorities and anticipates leadership needs

  • Exercises sound judgment and supports effective decision-making

  • Balances tactical execution with strategic awareness

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels

  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Strong business judgment and ability to anticipate needs before they arise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels

  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Slack, Zoom, project management platforms, (Airtable, MIRO, etc.)

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt quickly, and maintain composure under pressure

  • Proven track record handling confidential information with discretion and integrity

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $63,000 and $112,530. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
