Poland onlyAuditBoard is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst to work closely with Implementation Project Leads to assist clients in going live quickly and efficiently. The role will involve reviewing key features of the application, submitting requests to the development team, and driving methodology changes. The ideal candidate will have experience with SaaS environments, Microsoft Office products, and Excel complex functions.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of professional working experience in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Fluent in using Excel complex functions, XLOOKUP, pivot table, formulas
- Demonstrated fluency in English
- Ability to build Macros or experience using Alteryx (a plus)
- SaaS or Technology experience (a plus)
