Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Architect and implement complex Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring best practices and maintainability
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to Salesforce development teams
- Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and documentation practices
- Oversee integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party applications, including document management systems, e-discovery tools, and client portals
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to improve efficiency and user experience
- Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards, security policies, and legal regulations
- Implement role-based access controls and data security measures tailored to the legal sector
- Stay informed about Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
- Drive adoption of advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein AI, advanced analytics, and automation tools
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective use of Salesforce
- Develop user guides and documentation for ongoing system support
- Partner with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce into the firm’s broader technology strategy
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing Tier 3 support as needed
