United States onlyConcept Plus is seeking a Scrum Master to support CI/CD DevSecOps delivery for a client program. The role is responsible for facilitating Agile execution within one or more Scrum teams, ensuring coordinated, transparent, and continuous delivery of capabilities across development, security, and operations.
Requirements
- US Citizenship Required
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Secret Clearance
- DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- IT/program delivery experience with at least 3-5 years serving as Scrum Master or Agile coach for software development teams in enterprise or DoD environments.
- Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent Agile teams, coordinate cross team dependencies, and scale Agile practices across programs.
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams and mixed Scrum/Kanban environments
- Experience supporting DevSecOps / CI/CD environments
- Proficiency with Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps) for backlog management, traceability, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of team-level execution and cross-team coordination
