What is the position?

As a Scrum Master, you love contributing to the in-depth growth of development teams brought together for our clients. You will focus on the agile process of the team, support this process by making it more efficient and improving collaboration. In a nutshell, your most important task is to facilitate a good development process of the team. You enthuse the team to follow specific methodologies and solve any roadblocks the team encounters within their process. You also coach the team in their agile abilities and answer any process related questions from both the team as well as other stakeholders.

What are you going to do?

You will be part of a young and growing organization that aims to develop the best cross-platform mobile apps out there. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for creating a team spirit within a group of developers. You’ll act as a link between our developers, clients and third parties and keep the focus on the end goal. In addition, you’ll ensure that you will keep an open attitude but remain critical to make sure requirements are met for the customer while keeping everyone informed on project progress, status, schedule, deadlines, and releases.

You’ll be transparent and open about the choices made and to be made. You’ll know the ins and outs of the market and translate this into user stories. You’ll also be realistic and pragmatic and willing to cooperate.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for someone who has very strong communication skills, experience with a role as a Scrum Master in an Agile work environment and an interest in the world of app development.

Ideally, you have some (Xamaring, C#, .NET) programming experience and you have at least two years’ experience in a comparable position. A PSM II certification is a big plus! You should also be aware of the ins and outs of the market and be able to translate this to user stories. Last but not least, you have a completed Masters Degree or equivalent.
