The Presales Solutions Engineer is responsible for communicating and demonstrating the value of Netwrix products and security technologies to customers and business partners. The Solutions Engineer uses their technical expertise to collaborate with Account Reps and Sales Managers to compete and win business.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of presales technical experience in the IT security or data management domain.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on presentations, business communication, and problem-solving.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Exchange, SharePoint, and O365/Entra/AD.
- Expertise in PowerShell and SQL scripting, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory Security, ITDR, Identity and Access Management, and Privileged Access Management.
- Experience in working with customers and understanding the technical requirements within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role, earning the trust of key customer stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
