United States onlyThe Plant Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, attending monthly calls and providing plant performance summaries. The role will oversee technicians, scheduling work to reduce downtime, and assisting with budgeting and issue resolution estimates. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for managing CMMS work order reviews, tracking inspections and schedules, and partnering with leadership to identify and improve inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Wind Energy Generation and leadership
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree is a plus or related experience
- Experience working on the Vestas V100 / V110 turbine model preferred
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the company
- Experience leading investigations into equipment failures
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead projects, assign tasks, prioritize activities, and interface with customers
- Knowledge of OSHA, NERC, and NFPA70E standards
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills
