We are looking for a detail-oriented CPA to support and elevate our finance function in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build-and-improve environment, bringing structure to accounting processes, strengthening audit readiness, and driving visibility into revenue cycle performance.
Requirements
- Active or inactive CPA license required
- 4–8+ years of accounting experience, with a mix of audit/assurance and operational accounting
- Experience working with multi-entity healthcare providers
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience supporting or leading audit preparation and working with external auditors
- Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks), Excel/Google Sheets, and AI assisted workflows (Claude/Gemini)
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
