MCE Technician-Heavy Lifts III

We are seeking a skilled MCE Technician-Heavy Lifts III to perform heavy rigging operations and facilitate the replacement of wind turbine components. The ideal candidate will be experienced in wind turbine maintenance, familiar with heavy rigging, and committed to following all safety regulations. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work at significant heights.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Technical school preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance (experience in major component exchange preferred; exceptions considered based on background)
• Familiarity with heavy rigging preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance
• Ability to pass core safety, climbing, and other required training courses
• Willingness to obtain a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
• No license suspension or restrictions within the past 3 years
• No DWI/DWA/OWI/OUI violations within the past 5 years
• No more than 3 points on the motor vehicle report in the past 3 years
