Thrive Scholars is seeking a Manager of Data Systems & Development to lead management and utilization of their Salesforce platform, and drive decision-making by the executive leadership team around fundraising and revenue. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Salesforce or a similar database, and be able to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- 2+ years of experience working as a system administrator with the Salesforce.com platform or another database platform
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information
- Ability to quickly grasp needs and implement relevant solutions in a timely manner with close attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of learning agility and resourcefulness
- Excellent workflow management skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse identities and contribute to an inclusive work environment
