Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Accounting Systems, Financial Operations, or Digital Transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Information Systems (MIS). A dual degree or minor in Data Analytics is a significant plus.
- Advanced proficiency in platforms like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with 'No-Code/Low-Code' tools such as Alteryx, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with BlackLine, FloQast, or similar month-end close software.
- Knowledge of Stripe Revenue Recognition and Reconciliation Reports and how they work together.
- Proven experience solving accounting challenges for specific verticals (e.g., SaaS, Retail, or Professional Services).
- Certifications such as CPA, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist, PMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
