Environmental Compliance Program Manager

Encamp is seeking an Environmental Compliance Program Manager to work on environmental compliance technical challenges, collaborate with customers, and build the backbone of their compliance engine. The role involves auditing and creating new rules, providing expert feedback, and ensuring regulations are mirrored in the Encamp application. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industry experience with hazardous waste management, proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools, and is proactive, organized, and adaptable.

Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience with hazardous waste management (RCRA)
• Prior experience with Toxic Release Inventory (TRI)/ EPCRA Section 313 is preferred.
• Prior experience with Canadian and Mexican environmental regulations is a bonus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable
• Willingness to learn about AI tools
