Requirements
What You'll Do
- Scheduling: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, arranging appointments, meetings, and calls to optimize daily productivity.
- Communications: Handle all communications, including emails and calls, and serve as the point of contact between the Executive Assistant and other parties to ensure seamless information exchange.
- Meeting Minutes: Attend meetings, record detailed minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure commitments are met.
- Personal & Professional Ad Hoc Duties: Manage personal and professional tasks such as travel planning, gift purchasing, and event organization, ensuring attention to detail and efficient task completion.
- Optimization of the CEOs Schedule: Proactively manage and refine the CEOs daily schedule to prevent conflicts and maximize time efficiency.
- Assisting with Project Management: Support project initiatives by coordinating resources, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining essential documentation to align with organizational goals.
