SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Act as the first point of contact for the executives, handling correspondence and phone calls with discretion.
- Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Organize and prepare for high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, document distribution, and logistics coordination.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Facilitate internal communication by serving as a liaison between the C-suite and other departments.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and events as required.
- Handle personal assistant tasks for executives as needed to support their ability to focus on strategic priorities.
- This role will support a total of 3 executives at the Company.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to support executives in the EST time zone.
- Must have 5 years of experience working as an EA for a UK or US Based company or client
- Must have experience working as an EA for an executive team
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant for a US-based client/company is required
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and familiarity with virtual meeting tools (eg. Zoom)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
