Arthrex is seeking an Associate LMS Analyst to support its Learning & Development team. This role focuses on managing and maintaining the global learning management system (LMS) to ensure effective training and employee development. The analyst will be responsible for content creation, training delivery, reporting, and collaboration with various departments. The position offers remote work options.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Learning Design, Business, Computer Science, or related).
- Technical certifications or professional development related to LMS administration.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SuccessFactors LMS, or similar systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
