The Supplier Enablement Team, will provide you with the opportunity to help our customers optimize all elements of their Procurement capabilities to become a source of value and competitive advantages. We focus on procurement transformation enabled by technology, to drive innovation, cost reduction, and supply resiliency.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for managing day to day supplier relationships. You will drive strong relationships with suppliers by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring the seamless flow of the supplier procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of procurement procedures, and the ability to maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with external partners. This role demands a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Arkestro’s Professional Services (project implementation) team members to schedule events that will lead to best results for customers’ various buying teams
- Support our customers’ procurement teams with their relationships with suppliers
- Conduct outreach to ensure suppliers participate in the customer’s event - facilitating a smooth engagement process
- Act as a point of contact for external suppliers, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information
- Investigate and resolve supplier-related issues, working closely with Arkestro teams to ensure prompt and effective solutions and ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed of resolution progress
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement preventative measures to mitigate future issues
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and streamline communication channels
- Create and maintain supplier enablement documentation including user guides/FAQs/test scripts
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure suppliers adhere to contractual agreements, quality standards, and delivery timelines
- Assist in the onboarding of new global suppliers, providing necessary documentation and support
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as a software support role, ideally within the procurement, supply chain industry
- Project Management experience preferable
- Experience with account management, information gathering, training, metric tracking & driving customer relationships
- Able to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally and manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources. Perform and articulate cost / benefit / risk analysis
- Problem solving ability with meticulous attention to detail and able to exercise sound judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
- Relationship building and communication skills that include understanding and championing the Voice of the Supplier
