Position SummaryArlo Solutions is seeking an motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our Corporate Headquarters' Program Management Office. The ideal candidate will have experience developing automated solutions to reduce the manual workload of the current Program Managers. This individual will work with a team of 5-7 Program Managers to define business requirements, and execute repeatable and scalable processes. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring processes comply with contract standards so a background with quality assurance and understanding and interpreting contracts is needed. This individual must be flexible as priorities shift often due to the nature of the business we support.Work LocationRemote Key Job Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business operations problems and develop implementation plans to execute
- Create reports for management/leadership on overall progress of small - moderate level business improvement projects
- Communicate and work with cross-functional teams to execute implementation plans
- Develop quality control measures to ensure compliance
- Develop standard operating procedures, best practices, and training material to standardize operational processes
- Responsible for repeat administration tasks such as maintaining personnel rosters, organizing and filing documents in SharePoint, updating tasks list/project plans
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience within the government contracting space
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communication to different audience such as leadership, business stakeholders, and end users
- Ability to negotiate and lead others for continuous adoption to new business operations processes
- Understanding of the Project Management Lifecycle using different methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, or Waterfall
- CAPM, PMP, or PgMP Certification
