As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be a key technical leader in our growing Salesforce Consulting practice, serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients implementing and optimizing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations. This hands-on role spans the full project lifecycle - leading discovery, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring technical governance from pre-sales through delivery and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead scoping workshops to translate business goals into scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Own end-to-end solution design across Sales, Service, Experience Platform, and industry clouds.
- Define integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware) and data models.
- Produce architecture artifacts: ERDs, sequence diagrams, integration specs, environment strategy.
- Govern code quality, DevOps, security, and performance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Guide technical teams during build; perform design reviews and resolve complex issues.
- Advise clients on roadmap, release management, and alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Partner with Pre-sales: estimates, SOWs, and technical presentations.
- Contribute thought leadership to elevate the firm’s Salesforce practice.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Able to troubleshoot issues in performance or load testing
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce core architecture, limits, security, and multi-cloud capabilities
- Proven ability to design large-scale, high-performance, compliant solutions
- Strong grasp of user-centered design, data governance, and integration architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics for varied audiences
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable leading multiple concurrent engagements
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent)
- 7+ yrs in enterprise software development/consulting; 3+ yrs as Salesforce Technical or Solution Architect
- Delivered at least three multi-cloud Salesforce implementations >500 users
- Hands-on background with Apex, LWC, Flows, integration middleware, and CI/CD tooling
- Experience mentoring developers and collaborating with product owners, QA, and executives
- Salesforce certification
- Application Architect and/or System Architect
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
- Integration Architect, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer
- Public speaking or publication history in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Familiarity with Hospitality Industry
