As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination, execution, and support of training programs for both internal staff and operating partners. Your responsibilities will encompass program planning, participant management, training material organization, administrative support, effective communication, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Coordination:
    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions.
    • Collaborate with Training supervisors and subject matter experts to develop training content and agendas.
    • Ensure training materials, software access, and resources are prepared and accessible for each session.
  • User Enrollment and Registration:
    • Manage the enrollment process for users interested in training programs.
    • Maintain accurate records of participants and their training progress.
    • Communicate training details, prerequisites, and prerequisites to registered participants.
  • Training Material Management:
    • Procure, organize, and update training materials, including user manuals, video tutorials, and online resources.
    • Ensure that training resources are current and aligned with the latest software versions and features.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Monitor and track training attendance, participation, and completion.
    • Collect and analyze training feedback and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and distribute training certificates or other relevant documentation.
  • Communication and Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries.
    • Maintain regular communication with trainers and participants to provide updates, reminders, and support.
  • Software Access and Accounts:
    • Assist in providing access to the training software for trainees.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues as needed.
  • Training Evaluation and Reporting:
    • Gather and analyze data on training participation, completion rates, and user performance.
    • Generate reports and insights to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
    • Update all FAQ, Knowledge Base and KPI database regularly
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on software updates, new features, and changes.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance training programs and recommend improvements in content and delivery methods
  • Training
    • Conduct monthly training and onboarding
    • Be available for any training workshops or webinars

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Technology or Education
  • Previous experience in training coordination and administration, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused company
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency in using training management systems and learning platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Worksheets
  • Experience in Monday.com preferred but not required
  • Experience in TalentLMS preferred but not required

Other Requirements:

  • Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Must have a computer with the latest model (preferably Core i3 or higher) and at least 8GB RAM.
  • Must be available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during regular scheduled working hours.
  • Must have a quiet workspace that is free from noise and distractions.
  • Must have a noise-canceling headset that provides good audio quality for clear communication.
