Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Marketplace Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for serving as a gatekeeper and content monitor for all prospective products looking to launch on the digital marketplace. We’re looking for a highly effective communicator with high attention to detail. You’ll coordinate the daily review of new products and be responsible for communicating a decision on their fit for our marketplace internally and externally. In addition, you’ll serve as a go-to coordinator for all decisions relating to enforcing the marketplace’s current quality standards.
Requirements
Key Skills:- Utilize technical knowledge of SaaS tools, how they’re built, and an ability to identify script-based or plagiarized tools.
- Operate customer support platforms like HelpScout, ZenDesk, and Intercom proficiently.
- Communicate effectively on Slack for high-powered team interactions.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.
- Create SOPs and manage documentation on platforms like Confluence and Notion.
- Communicate key results and findings in team and department meetings.
Qualifications:
- Should possess 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Quality Assurance, Content Management, or Customer Support roles.
- Must demonstrate a high level of motivation, a completist approach to tasks, and a proven track record of accountability within remote teams.
- Experience working within a marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS company, or startup environment is required.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on meticulous attention to detail, context provision, and the ability to foster alignment in a remote working setting.
