Position Overview:
Are you passionate about guiding individuals through Medicare options? Join our team of remote licensed agents and play a key role in helping people make informed decisions about their healthcare. You’ll manage leads, educate clients on coverage options, and assist eligible individuals in enrolling in Medicare plans—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle both qualified and non-qualified leads professionally and empathetically.
Pre-qualify individuals for Medicare enrollment when necessary.
Clearly explain Medicare benefits and coverage options to ensure client understanding.
Enroll eligible residents in appropriate Medicare plans while adhering to compliance standards.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
Schedules are locked 14 days in advance, with modifications requiring prior notice and approval.

Requirements:

Active Life and Health Insurance License with Medicare certification.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
