5+ years in software, data, platform, or transformation roles, with exposure to APIs, event-driven systems, or enterprise AI tools.
Hands-on experience with AI technologies (LLMs, agents, search/retrieval frameworks, workflow automation, or SaaS integrations).
Strong communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative, personable, and growth-minded with a track record of enabling others and driving adoption.
Curiosity about emerging AI trends and ability to translate them into real-world business value.
Bonus: Prior client-facing experience or the ability to represent AI programs externally with confidence.
