Working in close partnership with Operations Enablement, Delivery team stakeholders, IT and AI leadership, this role turns strategy into working systems — connecting tools, automating manual processes, and enabling scalable, reusable automation patterns across teams and regions.
This team represents the execution arm of Ansira’s AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE), focused on delivering measurable business impact through practical automation and continuous improvement.
WhatYou’llDo (Core Responsibilities)
Build and deploy automationsusing tools such asn8n, UiPath RPA, Glean, andother agentic frameworks as adoptedto streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.
Develop, test, andmaintainAI agents and workflow automationsthat connect data, systems, and teams toeliminatemanual effort and improve accuracy.
Collaborate with Operations Enablement, Delivery teams, and AI leadershipto translate high-level strategies and architectural designs into working, scalable solutions.
Analyze and improve processesbefore automating —identifyingbottlenecks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.
Implement event-driven workflowsand API integrations to enable system-to-system communication and human-in-the-loop automation patterns.
Support orchestration and testingof agentic interactions, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) patterns where applicable.
Document, test, andmaintainautomationswith a focus on reliability, observability, and compliance with governance and security standards.
Collaborate cross-functionallyto ensure automations align with enterprise data, workflow,AIand security policies.
Measure automation outcomes(time saved, error reduction, throughput gains, client & revenue impact) and communicate results to stakeholders.
Participate inshowcasesand demosto share automation successes, reusable patterns, and best practices across teams.

Delivery of multiplehigh-value automations and AI workflowsthat significantly reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, or remove manual work within Delivery and Operations.
Creation of ashared library of automation patterns and connectorsthat can be reused across departments.
Demonstratedcontributionsto theAI-First Roadmap milestones, including process optimization, automation enablement, and operational transformation.
Widespread adoption of approved AICoEtoolchains (e.g., Glean, UiPath, n8n) across operational teams.
Embedded process improvement discipline within automation delivery.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience inautomation engineering, process improvement, or RPA development.
Proficiencywithlow-code/no-code automation platforms(n8n, UiPath, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, etc.) and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript preferred).
Working knowledge ofAPIs, event-driven architectures, and data integration.
Experience supportingprocess mapping or Lean/Six Sigmainitiativesa plus.
Exposure toAI-driven workflows,enterprise search, oragentic orchestration frameworkspreferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design, test, and iterate on automation solutions.
Excellent communication and documentation skills for global collaboration (Medellín, Pune, and other locations).
