We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scaled Outbound BDR to join our Growth department. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our prospecting pipeline and ensuring timely communication with potential customers across various channels.
You will:
- Manage Prospecting Pipeline:
- Organize and monitor mailboxes used for sequencing prospects.
- Ensure all mailboxes are up-to-date and well-maintained.
- Timely Response Management:
- Respond to replies in sequencing mailboxes with care and efficiency.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with all prospects.
- Meeting Booking:
- Schedule Discovery & Qualification calls or trial Kick-off calls based on customer type.
- Coordinate and book meetings on SDR calendars.
- LinkedIn Management:
- Manage and respond to messages on LinkedIn.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects.
- Inbound Channel Management:
- Manage and respond to messages via chat on the website or other inbound channels.
- Ensure all inbound inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
