What you will be doing

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee entire Executive TA portfolio, including managing searches, and communicating to executive stakeholders on search strategy, results, and barriers to success
  • Conduct multiple enterprise projects in partnership with HR business partners and HR COE’s: selection & assessment, talent reviews & talent profile buildouts, and executive referral process.
  • Lead project implementation and change management initiatives with enterprise stakeholders
  • Thought and process excellent leader for recruiters and team members
  • Manage vendor relationships, driving productivity, performance, and consistent brand messaging. Consult with search firm Practice Leaders advising on strategy and approach
  • Drive performance developing KPI’s, SLA’s, and scorecards for the team
  • Facilitate market intelligence strategy to business and HR leaders. Lead and organize pipelining projects with corresponding partners, report out, and pull thru to hire
  • Build Candidate Relationship Management system accelerating candidate sourcing and outreach capability of internal team
  • Manage ETA budget, search expense management, agency cost avoidance, and recruiter capacity planning

What your background should look like

Knowledge, Behaviors, and Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of executive recruitment best practices, and can influence executive stakeholders using change management techniques
  • Advanced business acumen and commercial knowledge. Curious & Consultative
  • Solutions mindset, problem solver who takes accountability for work and partnerships
  • Strong performer under pressure, strives to excel and move at the pace of the business
  • Flexible and ability to partner and drive strategy/execution with stakeholders & customers
  • Strong communication, ability to collaborate meeting business needs

Experience & Education:

  • 8+ years in HR/Executive recruitment, preferably in global, complex, and high-volume environments.
  • Must have previous experience managing Executive TA Operations and Enablement functions
  • Expertise and consistent performance driving and enabling Executive TA strategy, projects, and candidate experience
  • Experience driving multiple projects with significant complexity & change management
  • 4-year college degree (BA/BS) in Business, Human Resources, and/or other related discipline or experience
  • Ability to drive best in-class recruitment experience
  • Experience managing suppliers and preferred partner relationships
