Key job responsibilities
During Beta projects you will
- Assist testers who are encountering issues with new products and or features
- Identifying root-causes of tester issues, areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams
Outside of Beta projects you will
- Address customer concerns
- Provide a high level of technical support to customers

Basic Qualifications
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 2+ years of technical customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience- Bilingual
