Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with sales operations, go-to-market systems (e.g. Salesforce), and enterprise sales customer success.

  • Sales operations experience and expertise partnering with IT and Systems teams across end-to-end business cycles, with operational experience in GTM with high-growth, highly-scaled SaaS companies with a growing partner ecosystem and channel business
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ as well as an understanding and experience with the broader sales tools landscape
  • Strong communication skills and experience building relationships across the company

Airtable's mission is to democratize software creation. We believe that software stands to be the single most impactful way anyone can bring their ideas to life, yet that few people can actually access it as a creative medium. Airtable enables everyone to experience the power of creating, not just using, software.

Headquartered in San Francisco, Airtable has raised $170M in venture funding to date, most recently a $100M Series C from Benchmark, Thrive, and Coatue.

Why we’re here

Airtable was founded in 2012 on the belief that people can solve their unique problems by creating their own unique software.

At Airtable, we firmly believe that the person who knows how to best do your work is you! This is true whether you’re orchestrating the editorial calendar at a major media corporation or running a one-person cricket farm—and it’s why we think that you’re the best person to create the software that you need to do your work.

The ability to make software opens up tremendous creative possibilities, and we want to empower people to bring these possibilities to life—no matter how ambitious. The good news is that creating software doesn’t have to mean writing code.

With Airtable, you can create your own software using familiar, approachable building blocks—spreadsheet-like grids, calendars, kanban boards, charts, and more—and combine them in ways that make sense for you and your team.

People from all walks of life and every corner of the globe use Airtable to get their work done. Over 90,000 organizations run on Airtable—from massive Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits. They’ve created their own custom software for everything from managing viral video production, to planning UX research projects, to handling lost and found items at music festivals, to saving endangered languages. What will you create?
