Our virtual events platform is most suited for community managers, event organizers, social media, or content marketers. It's also an amazing platform for educators & workshop or bootcamp organizers.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering business insights; define and deliver these insights to sales leadership to help improve funnel performance

  • Partner with Sales leadership to source leads, refine the lead qualification process, distribute leads to the sales team, and analyze and report on the performance

  • Manage the company's CRM, phone system, and sales tools

  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales talent on the company's CRM

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs

  • Manage Monthly Sales commissions and incentives processes  

  • Knowhow on Hubspot

What are we looking for?

  • A deep understanding of Revenue Operations with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated history of driving improvements to the revenue process.

  • Strong analytical skills, able to quickly and effectively sort through data to identify key issues

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to expertly tailor messages to the appropriate audiences

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions

  • Familiarity with databases and sales software

  • Comfortable working with remote teams spread across multiple time zones.

  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills (Python is added advantage)

  • Strong understanding of CRM, HubSpot preferred

  • Experience with BI tools is a plus

  • Ability to work cross-functionally & across different time zones.
