We are building a future where real estate is digitized and can be transitioned from one use to another seamlessly on-demand, moving every piece of urban real estate toward its highest and best use.

We are starting with the $131 billion US parking real estate market because it is one of the most offline and mismanaged commercial real estate asset types.

As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and parking garages. We handle everything from advertising to collecting payments from drivers and enforcing against illegal parking. We already operate 150+ parking lots and parking garages across 30 US states and we are growing quickly.

We are backed by top tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Floodgate, Founders Fund, and angel investors who have founded or worked at companies like Uber, Opendoor, Flexport, and more.


We’re looking for a data-driven finance professional to join AirGarage. As our first Finance hire, this person will be responsible for helping us build out internal processes for making strategic investment decisions, underwriting new opportunities, creating bottom-up revenue forecasts, and ensuring that we are efficiently and aggressively growing our portfolio of parking assets under management across the country.

This is a critically important role for AirGarage and our continued growth - you will work side by side with our founders, sales, and operations teams to analyze deals, calculate risks, generate aggressive offers, and help define the models which will be used to launch AirGarage into every market in the country.

Your work will be highly visible and make an impact throughout the company, and as the first full time Finance hire, you’ll play a major role in shaping AirGarage’s long term growth strategy and have significant influence on the direction of the Data & Finance team.


— Immerse yourself in understanding the ins and outs of the parking real estate industry.

— Use cutting-edge technology to refine our underwriting models, evaluate real estate opportunities, assess risk, and generate industry-leading offers to outbid our competition.

— Serve as the strategic finance partner to our go-to-market teams to help us drive efficient growth; we want to scale aggressively while also being cognizant of long-term unit economics and profitability.

— Assist in day to day financial operations including invoicing, owner payouts, creating reports and forecasts, and more.

— Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of individual asset performance.

— Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and make recommendations on pricing strategy, utilization, and more to AirGarage’s leadership team based on your findings.

— Help us to automate and scale the finance and data team.


— Passion and interest in solving problems in the Real Estate industry.

— 2-4 years total experience across finance, data analysis, consulting, investment banking, or private equity; bonus points for experience in high-growth startup or real estate environment.

— Expertise in financial modeling, including ability to build complex models from scratch; nice to haves include familiarity with sales finance and SQL.

— Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, bias for action, excellent communication, and a curiosity and willingness to work on a wide range of projects.

Our Story

AirGarage was founded in 2017 when Chelsea, Scott, and Jonathon stumbled upon the inefficiencies in the parking industry while searching for cheaper university parking.

When our first partners told us of their problems, we learned just how outdated the entire industry was. They were dealing with gate arms and ticket machines that broke, parking attendants who would skim off the cash earning, and little to no data insights being collected at all.

We knew we could build a system how it should be today-- one that is completely online and automated.

Our Vision

We envision a future in which parking lots in our cities can be seen for the valuable real estate they are and be utilized for their highest and best use.

AirGarage is building an API for interfacing with the legacy real estate infrastructure in cities.

This could range from supporting future distribution and charging logistics for Autonomous Vehicles to empowering small pop-up shop entrepreneurs to providing on-demand warehouse space to enable faster delivery of essentials to consumers.
