Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with superb verbal and written English skills (C1/C2)
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a U.S. law firm or similar industry
- Sales mindset with ability to "sell" firm's value and maintain consistent follow-ups with leads
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, Clio Manage, and other legal CRM or project management platforms
- Analytical thinking with ability to screen cases intelligently and identify high-priority leads
- Proactive approach with ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple high-stakes tasks simultaneously
