Legal Intake & Administrative Assistant needed to manage critical "first touch" of client journey, combining sales and administrative support. Key responsibilities include intake management, sales support, CRM documentation, scheduling, email management, and document organization.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with superb verbal and written English skills (C1/C2)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a U.S. law firm or similar industry
  • Sales mindset with ability to "sell" firm's value and maintain consistent follow-ups with leads
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, Clio Manage, and other legal CRM or project management platforms
  • Analytical thinking with ability to screen cases intelligently and identify high-priority leads
  • Proactive approach with ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple high-stakes tasks simultaneously
