Junior Accountant

We are a dynamic, rapidly growing tax and accounting firm specializing in e-commerce clients, seeking a Junior Accountant with strong bookkeeping fundamentals and client-facing experience to support our growing portfolio.

Requirements

• Manage 4–5 client accounts independently with minimal supervision
• Perform core bookkeeping tasks, including: Bank and account reconciliations, Journal entries and financial record maintenance, Prepare and support financial reports and filings
• Communicate directly with clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance
• Work within systems such as Shopify and internal tools
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across accounts
• Support process improvements and documentation when needed
• Collaborate with senior team members on projects and workflow execution
